The concept plan for the Flowing Springs Farm project proposes a solar panel installation on 660 acres adjacent to the Aspen Greens and Beallair subdivisions northeast of Charles Town (see map, above).
The Jefferson County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the concept plan for this project (23-4-SP) during its regular meeting on May 9 (7:30 pm, county meeting room in the basement of the Charles Town Library).
