For the Shepherdstown district seat, there are 2 candidates (voters pick 1):

John Doyle — or — Jennifer Krouse

For the Charles Town district seat, there are 3 candidates (voters pick 1):

Clare Anne Ath — or — Dale Manuel — or — David Tabb

The Commission is responsible for overseeing the budget of all county offices (except judges) and setting property tax rates.
