The National Weather Service is forecasting a major wintor storm that will affect Jefferson County starting in the afternoon of Saturday, January 24. The snowfall is forecast to continue into early morning on Monday, January 26. The Weather Service is also forecasting very cold temperatues during the storm and continuing into next week.
