The mayor and council members were pleased to hear that the town’s new website was live at the May 14 Shepherdstown Town Council meeting. The website is still at the same address (Shepherdstown.us), but the supporting technology is completely new.

The Town posted on its official Facebook page a couple of days later in response to comments from several residents about missing information (image right), including past meeting minutes and agendas for the Town Council and all of the various official commissions and committees. This meeting and committee information had previously been available on the old website, but as of May 21, this information is still not available on the new website. Information about the Town’s Comprehensive Plan and the recently-completed Comprehensive Plan Review Report have also not yet appeared on the new website.
