The HUB Community Workspace Offers Unique Benefit to Area Professionals

May 12, 2017

The HUB, located at 126 East Burke Street in Martinsburg (WV), comprises a full-service community workspace ready to meet the needs of independent professionals within the Panhandle and beyond.

Owner Andrew Johnson travels for business a fair amount, and he often needs a space that can provide all the basic professional needs.

“I’m a member of an international organization that will find me an office anywhere in the world,” he explained. “It provides me office space with all the amenities at an affordable rate, yet no ‘dedicated office’ for me to maintain. I really felt this area would benefit from a place like that, and we’re fortunate to be getting ready to celebrate our second anniversary this June.”

Services offered at The HUB include the full range of amenities one would expect in any office building, including: conference rooms, day-rental offices, and front-desk service. The HUB also boasts some additional benefits like an onsite café that serves breakfast and lunch (and caters any event at The HUB), and an entertainment space with theater seating, three flat-screen TVs, a pool/ping pong table, and video games.

“Our best asset is our outstanding customer service,” said Johnson. “Our job is to make your job easier. However we can help you, from dry cleaning, running errands, mail service—we do it all. We build relationships, because we want you to feel part of The HUB family.”

Access to The HUB requires a membership—which affords users all the benefits of an office, and more, without the overhead of a dedicated office space. For those who mostly work from home, it’s also the perfect spot to meet with clients.

“I’m a native of Martinsburg,” said Johnson. “I’ve lived all over the world, but this is where my heart is. I love this area and believe it has great potential. The people, the resources, everything. My goal is to help this area achieve its full potential.”
